The archiater is chosen in the Order for its medical and health expertise. His tasks are to safeguard health. If requested, he gives medical opinions to central and peripheral structures of the Order, of which he dictates the medical and health policy identifying the interventions in case the Order could open and manage health care or hospital assistance points.
