The General Spiritual Counsellor is an ordained minister of Catholic or Orthodox confession of high ecclesiastical dignity. He takes care of the spiritual welfare of the members of the Order, the Divine Liturgy, the Investiture ceremonies and all the religious and spiritual aspects, for which he will make use of the help of the Spiritual Counsellors of the individual Chapter. He advises the Sovereign Grand Master about every religious and ecclesiastical aspect.
