The Master of Novices cares of the formation of the Novices dictating the general contents of their training. He collaborates with the Masters of the Novices of National and Regional Chapters during the Novitiate; he supervise the progress of the meeting preceding the religious Vigil of arms. He keeps the relationship between the Novices and the Grand Magistracy, coordinating the work of the Masters of the Novices of National and Regional Chapters.
